PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Orleans House is a residential development by Delph that has transformed a historic cotton warehouse into 71 luxury apartments – it was my remit to brand the development and design the corresponding collateral for its launch.

Taking inspiration from the building I first developed the brands logo, combining separate elements from the buildings exterior into one mark. Alongside this, I began to weave cotton vernacular throughout the brand – utilising cotton based paper and binding methods for the corresponding printed collateral, reflective of the buildings history.

These heritage features were paired with a premium colour palette and high-end finishes that were not only reflective of the luxurious interior of the redevelopment but helped to modernise the brand.

This project was produced at Liquid Agency, Liverpool.
